Get Summer Ready with the Protest SS20 Swimwear Collection

**Advertisement Feature**

It's never too early to start thinking about summer, after all its summer somewhere right...? When the rain in coming down outside and another storm is rolling in despite spring nearly being here, booking a summer break and treating yourself to some swimwear to get beach ready can be a great boost!

Plus there are some great advantages to buying your swimsuits and bikini's early, one being that you will have plenty of time to choose just the right style, fit and colour to suit you and secondly you will be ready whenever the sun does make an appearance. Because lets face it in the UK the sun can be pretty unpredictable so it's good to know you are ready.

I recently ordered some new swimwear for the kids from Protest and have been eyeing up a few pieces for myself too! Protest is a design led sportwear company from Holland. It was founded in 1993 by a small group of snowboarders. Their passion is to create sportwear that is fashionable, functionable and affordable both on the slopes and in the water too.

The Protest summer collection features a full range of high quality, functional and stylish swimwear for men, women and kids, as well as a series of more technical boardshorts. There collection's will see you right through the summer from relaxing on the beach, fun in the pool to catching some waves.

Whether it's practicality or style you are looking for, Protest are sure to have something to get you in the mood for summer.  So here are a few of my favourite pieces from the Protest SS20 collection, I also have a great offer for you at the bottom of this post too so if any of these pieces are catching your eye keep reading!

The Sundaze low back swimsuit is a swimsuit that will really make you stand out for all the right reasons! The striking wide bands of pink, orange and blue colours are super flattering. The swimsuit has an invisible bra built into it with removable foam cups for comfort. The straps are fully adjustable and the low back is a really lovely feature of this suit.

The Queen 20 Triangle bikini combines a soft pastel pink with beautiful floral print and a stylish design. The top of the bikini features a cute peek-a-boo cut out and also features removable foam cups for added comfort and support. The straps are full adjustable to ensure the most comfortable fit and the bottoms are a regular fit offering good coverage whilst still being stylish.

If you are looking for a more classic look this casual fee black and white polka dot bikini is perfect. It has a relaxed comfortable fit, classic bikini bottom and adjustable straps for a great fit. Whether its relaxing on a sun lounger, splashing in the waves or hitting the pool, this bikini will have you covered.

Even on the hottest days sometimes you want to feel a little more covered or have something to slip on as the evening approaches. This beautiful Barden Kimono from Protest is the perfect solution. The bright summer inspired stripes are very flattering and 100% viscose crepe material is not only very flattering to wear but comfortable too. The kimono features a cord around the waist which can be cinched in to create a more fitted look and its the perfect cover up to have in your bag for any trip to the beach.

So whether its a full swimsuit, push up bikini, a triangle bikini that makes you stand out from the crowd or a cover up to help you feel more confident Protest have something for everyone this summer.

If you fancy treating yourself to some new swimwear and get yourself in the mood for the summer sunshine, you can use code tantrums10 to get 10% off any products from Protest up until June 2020! So whether you are staying here in the UK or traveling somewhere like Germany, France or maybe somewhere total exotic such as the Caribbean you will be beach and pool ready.

Do you prefer a bikini, tankini or swimsuit when you hit the sea or the pool?

xXx

  1. A one piece is my go to choice these days! Oh I really do hope summer hurries up, this post has made me want to jet away to sunnier climes... that won't be happening for a while, so I only hope the sun makes an appearance soon! Sim x SimsLife

  2. These are some great costume ideas, I have to admit I do like a tankini myself if not then a one piece - I hope we get some beach weather this way.

  6. I love tankini's as they are that nice cross over between one piece's and bikini's, although the older I get the less I care what others think and so would quite happily wear a bikini too x

  7. These look so beautiful and different. As I have grown older tankinis are more appealing to me. They are so trendy now and give me the support I need
