Some top tips for booking...
-
Book early! Santa breakfasts tend to sell out by mid-November, and if you are looking for dates nearest to Christmas, these seem to sell out first, so you need to be booked well in advance.
-
Check deposits & cancellation policies - most ask for £5–£10 per person, and these are often not refundable too, so be sure to check before you book.
-
List allergies or dietary needs when you book, most venues can cater if told in advance and can ensure a meal is prepared in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day. If you do request this beforehand, be sure to make yourself known to the staff on the day so they can confirm everything with you.
-
Bring cameras & festive jumpers! Most events allow photos with Santa, and is it even a Santa visit if you aren't wearing a garish Christmas jumper or your best Christmas dress.
-
Arrive on time - many sittings are 60–90 minutes and run to a schedule, some may require you to arrive 10 or 15 minutes before the event to register, etc so things run smoothly, so make sure to check this. Other events don't have time slots and are just a turn up and wait; on these occasions, make sure you are prepared to queue.
From city views at Clifton to countryside charm at Old Down, and family favourites like Harvester and Greene King, there’s a Santa breakfast in Bristol to suit every family and budget this Christmas. So make sure you take your kids so they can get their last-minute gift requests in to Santa whilst getting to enjoy some delicious food at the same time.
Grab your diaries, get those little Christmas jumpers ready, and make your booking before the elves close the list!
